Meet the people behind your care and find the right fit for you.

Sadie, LCSW- Clinical Director

I’ve been a therapist for over 15 years, and I still genuinely love this work. I’m endlessly curious about people: how we become who we are, the stories we carry, the ways our bodies hold onto things, and our incredible capacity to change.

My style is warm, intuitive, collaborative, and pretty down-to-earth. I bring clinical experience to the room, but also humor, creativity, honesty, and a deep respect for the person sitting across from me. Curiosity is at the heart of how I work. Together, we pay attention to what’s happening beneath the surface, notice patterns, and make space for whatever wants to emerge.

I believe our bodies carry wisdom, that our patterns usually make sense when we understand where they came from, and that healing doesn’t always have to be so serious. Sometimes therapy is about doing the deep work. Sometimes it’s about laughing at the absurdity of being human. Usually, it’s both. More than anything, I want therapy to be a place where you can show up exactly as you are - and leave feeling a little more connected to yourself.

Charlotte, LCSW- Director of Operations

Therapy with me is honest, collaborative, and down-to-earth. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life, but we’ll also get curious about the stories you carry: where they came from, which ones still fit, and which ones might be ready for a rewrite.

I want therapy to feel like a real conversation. You don’t need the right words, a polished version of yourself, or even to know exactly why you’re here. We can figure that part out together. I’ll bring honesty, curiosity, humor, and some structure when it’s helpful. There’s plenty of room for the hard stuff, but we’re also allowed to laugh. I want this to be a place where you can exhale, be yourself, and leave knowing yourself a little better.

My approach draws from narrative, solution-focused, and trauma-informed therapy, but I’m less interested in therapy feeling clinical than I am in it feeling useful and human.

Most days my dog, Scooby, will join us provide moral support, comic relief, or shamelessly steal some attention.

Jill, CRC - Licensed Professional Counsler

My approach is holistic and integrative by addressing current challenges while tending to the fundamentals of eating, sleeping, and exercising each day, and nurturing the deeper connections of mind, body, and soul. Depending on your needs, my practice can weave in CBT, ACT, Adventure-based and Adlerian therapies or mindfulness, meditation and yoga practices. I work with individuals and families in intercultural settings as well as those with congenital or acquired disabilities. These experiences have shaped my ability to connect with people from many walks of life and to honor the unique values and strengths each person carries. My style is compassionate yet straightforward, blending humor with grounded honesty. As both witness and guide, I will walk (or run or crawl! ) alongside you, supporting you in uncovering your strengths, integrating your life's experiences, fostering growth and living the fullest version of yourself.

Denise, LMSW

My work is grounded in the belief that true healing happens when we address the whole person, mind, body, and spirit together. I integrate evidence based approaches with somatic, intuitive, and energetic practices, helping clients heal from the inside out rather than just managing symptoms on the surface. With over 25 years of experience across behavioral health, substance use treatment, and systems of care for children and young adults, I've spent my career in the lives of people carrying more than their share of trauma and instability, first within state and community systems, and now in private practice. That experience shapes how I understand resilience and what it actually takes for someone to find steadier ground.

I'm intuitive, direct, and deeply collaborative in my approach. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to bring clinical skill and additional tools, including energy and other intuitive based modalities, to help you access healing that talk alone sometimes can't reach. I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, and the long-term effects of stress and trauma on the body. I'd love to be part of your growth and healing.

Tara, LCSW

My work as a therapist is rooted in the idea that the relationship between us is often where real change starts. Offering a genuine and comfortable space, my hope is that you will show up to therapy just as you are, bringing whatever you need to bring to each session.  What you can expect from me is a sincere interest in getting to know you and what shapes your life. We will work to discover what your nervous system is experiencing, and the patterns or habits that you may no longer need to hold on to. I will collaborate with you to bring in practical solutions that fit into your daily life to elicit real and lasting change.

With over 20 years in Social Work, I bring a grounded framework built on proven evidence and real world experience of what actually works. I am warm, direct, and fiercely committed to you and the life you want to live. I started this work believing that no one should have to navigate life’s heaviest moments alone, and that genuine human connection is the ultimate catalyst for change. Those core values still guide my practice today, with the intention that you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as your full self

Jon, LCSW

Most people don't come to therapy because they're broken. They come because something in their life isn't working the way they want it to anymore. I believe healthy relationships are crucial to our well-being, beginning with the relationship we have with ourselves. Therapy is an opportunity to better understand the patterns that have shaped your life, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that feels authentic to who you are.

Working in acute and intensive outpatient psychiatry taught me that diagnoses may be similar, but people never are. Everyone has a different story, and effective therapy begins with understanding it. From there, we'll use the approaches that best support your goals. Therapy should adapt to the person—not the other way around.

My style is relaxed, collaborative, and direct. I'll meet you where you are, ask thoughtful questions, share honest observations, and help you better understand yourself as we work toward the changes that matter most to you.
